Most clients reach Northhaven through one of two channels: the Eligibility Quiz or a direct discovery call. Either is a sound starting point. The quiz is faster and lets us prepare; the call is more personal and lets you ask anything.
What Happens on a Discovery Call
The first call is 15 minutes, scheduled at a time that works for you. Our standard agenda:
- Two minutes — your situation in your own words.
- Eight minutes — our questions to map the right pathway.
- Three minutes — our candid assessment: which pathway fits, what the realistic timeline looks like, what could go wrong.
- Two minutes — pricing for your specific case if the pathway fits, and what next steps would look like if you wanted to proceed.
There is no pressure to engage on the call. If the pathway does not fit Northhaven's specialty, we will say so and, where possible, point you toward a more appropriate resource.

Response Time
We respond to every inquiry within one business day, usually the same day. Discovery calls are typically scheduled within 48 hours of inquiry.
Hours
Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern Time. We do not take new inquiries on weekends; existing clients with urgent file matters can use the after-hours line provided in their engagement letter.
A Note on Fastest Path
If you already know which pathway you are interested in (LMIA, Express Entry, PNP, Family Sponsorship), the discovery call is direct. If you are not sure where to start, the Eligibility Quiz takes care of the first ten minutes of the call before you book it — which usually means we can give you more useful answers in the time we have together.
